Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Equipment

Carefully repack the gear in its original manufacturer box, including all cables, manuals, and software license cards to avoid restocking fees.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping carton, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.

Inspection and Refund
